The EL155 Vote Image Log is one of the two iVotronic audit files collected from the flash cards retreived from the iVotronic Voting Machines at the end of the election. The log is created by combining the ballot images from all the machines in all the precincts into a single file. The ballots are shown in the order they were cast on each machine, they are also ordered by precinct number and machine number. The first vote of each ballot is marked by an * in position 14 of first line of that ballot. So the sample below shows the first three ballots cast on machine 5118425 in the Abbeville No. 1 Precinct in Abbeville County. The time the ballot was cast and the identification of the voter are not recorded. B/I refers to the Ballot Index which is equivalent to the ballot style for that voter/ The B/I may or may not correspond to the ballot style number for that county. The number in fron of the candidate name is the candidate number for that candidate in that precinct. That number changes from precinct to precinct. There is a precinct footer at the end of each precinct's ballot images that sum up the vote counts for that candidate number in that precinct.
