State House of Representatives District 120 Special Filing & Primary

August 28, 2018 - Beaufort and Jasper Counties

This special filing period and special primary are being held pursuant to S.C. Code of Laws Section 7-11-55 after the withdrawal of the Democratic Party nominee for State House of Representatives District 120.  Because this candidate had opposition in the General Election, this special filing period is open to only Democratic Party candidates.  The nominee resulting from this special filing and primary will be a candidate on the November 8, 2016 General Election ballot.

Candidate Filing Information

• Candidates file at the county voter registration and election office in their county of residence or the State Election Commission.
• The filing fee for this office is $208.00.  Filing fees can be made by check or money order.  Filing fee checks should be made out to the appropriate State party.
