County voter registration offices establish up to seven early voting centers that must be open during the two-week early voting period.
Voters can visit any early voting center in their county during the early voting period, present their Photo ID , and vote using the voting system like they would at their polling place on election day.

County voter registration offices establish early voting centers for a statewide primary and general election by March 10 of the election year, which are published on scVOTES.gov shortly afterwards.
Dates, times and locations of early voting centers for any other state or federal election are posted on scVOTES.gov at least two weeks prior to the start of the early voting period.
