Hand-Count Audit Notice

March 25, 2025

Today, one state-level election was held: House District 113 Special Election. This election impacted voters in 23 Charleston County precincts. There was only one early voting center for this election, which is required to be audited. Additionally, three precincts were randomly selected for an audit. The early voting center and precincts to audit are as follows:
