Hand-Count Audit Notice for State Senate District 12, State House District 21, and State House District 88 Special Primaries

October 21, 2025

On October 21, 2025, three state-level elections were held: State Senate District 12 Special Primary, State House District 21 Special Primary, and State House District 88 Special Primary. These elections impacted voters in 15 Greenville County precincts, 28 Spartanburg County precincts, and 17 Lexington County precincts. There were three early voting centers—one in each county—for these elections, which are required to be audited. Additionally, 12 precincts were randomly selected for audit. The early voting center and precincts to audit are listed on the following page.
