Hand-Count Audit Notice for House District 21 Special Election, House District 88 Special Election, and Senate District 12 Special Election

On December 23, 2025, three state-level elections were held: House District 21 Special Election, House District 88 Special Election, and Senate District 12 Special Election. These elections impacted voters in 15 Greenville County precincts, 17 Lexington County precincts, and 28 Spartanburg County precincts. There were only three early voting centers for these elections, which are required to be audited. Additionally, 12 precincts were randomly selected for an audit.
