Hand-Count Audit Notice for State House District 21 Special Runoff, State House District 88 Special Runoff, and State House District 98 Special Primary

On November 4, 2025, three state-level elections were held: State House District 21 Special Runoff, State House District 88 Special Runoff, and StateHouse District 98 Special Primary. These elections impacted voters in 15 Greenville County precincts, 17 Lexington County precincts, and 22 Dorchester County precincts. There was only one early voting center for each of these elections, which is required to be audited. Additionally, three precincts were randomly selected for an audit. The early voting center and precincts to audit are as follows.
