Filing fee: $100

Voter registration deadline: December 31 (mail-in registration forms will be accepted if postmarked by Tuesday, January 2)

Early voting period: January 16 - January 26 (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Closed weekends and state holidays).

Early voting location: Charleston County Elections Office - 4340 Corporate Road, N. Charleston, SC 29405

Day of Primary: January 30

Runoff early voting period: February 7 - 9 (Wednesday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)

Day of Runoff: February 13

Voter registration deadline: March 3 (mail-in registration forms will be accepted if postmarked by Monday, March 4)

Early voting period: March 18 - March 29 (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
