This special filing period and special primary and being held pursuant to S.C. Code of Laws Section 7-11-55 after the withdrawal of the Republican nominee for State House of Representatives District 107. Because the candidate who withdrew was unopposed in the General Election, this special filing period is open to all certified political parties in South Carolina. The nominee(s) resulting from this special filing and primary will be will appear on the November 3, 2020 General Election ballot for State House of Representatives District 107.

Noon, August 4 - Filing Closes
August 18 - Primary (if necessary)
September 1 - Primary Runoff (if necessary)
November 3 - General Election
Candidate Filing Information
- Candidates file at the county voter registration and election office in their county of residence or the State Election Commission.
- The filing fee for this office is $208.00. Filing fees can be made by check or money order. Filing fee checks should be made out to the appropriate State party.
