Candidate Filing Information
- Candidates file at the State Election Commission or the Greenville County Voter Registration and Election Office.
- The filing fee for this office is $130. The filing fee is paid by Democratic and Republican party candidates only. Filing fees can be made by check or money order. Filing fee checks should be made out to the appropriate State party.
